Permabond 919
Permabond® 101 is an advanced cyanoacrylate adhesive characterized by its extremely low viscosity and specially developed for the precise bonding of rubber, plastics and metals. Thanks to its water-like consistency, this product enables excellent capillary action, allowing deep penetration into the narrowest joints and gaps without having to move the parts beforehand.
Permabond® 101 is colorless, making it ideal for applications where the aesthetics of the joint are important. It fills gaps up to 0.5 mm and reaches its final strength within 24 hours, enabling rapid progress in production and repair processes. This adhesive is particularly advantageous for bonding precision components such as O-rings and seals in the automotive and electronics industries.
Certified to military specifications MIL-A-46050C Type II Class 1 for existing designs and CID A-A-3097 Type II Class 1 for new designs, Permabond® 101 meets stringent industrial requirements and ensures reliability and performance. The adhesive should be applied to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces and the use of Permabond® Cleaner A for surface preparation is recommended for optimum results.
