Protection, liability and function at the push of a button
Technical Sprays.
Electronics protection & insulation
Moisture out, functionality in
Transparent high-tech sprays displace moisture, prevent creeping currents, and offer a tested breakdown strength of up to 1,000 V. They seal circuit boards, connectors, and outdoor sensors without affecting heat dissipation or signal quality. The rapid film formation minimises production interruptions, extends device lifecycles, and significantly reduces service calls. Ideal for control electronics, telecommunications, and LED modules.

Aerosol adhesive
Liability at the push of a button
Contact-active spray adhesives provide immediate initial adhesion and can be temporarily repositioned – perfect for efficient assembly processes. The fine spray pattern distributes the adhesive evenly, minimises overspray, and reduces material consumption. Spray adhesives are suitable for textiles, foams, films, as well as lightweight metal and plastic parts. This reduces setup times, ensures clean processing, and increases process reliability in production and maintenance.

Corrosion and Surface Protection
Long-term barrier against rust
Clear or pigmented coatings withstand up to 1,000 hours of salt spray, are UV-resistant, and flexible enough to accommodate thermal expansions. They seal metal and composite parts, stop micro-cracks, and protect offshore installations, transport technology, and machinery from loss of value.

Lubricant & Release Agent Sprays
Minimise friction – separate moulds cleanly
Biobased, PTFE, MoS₂, or fully synthetic lubricant films reduce wear on chains, bearings, and guides, and extend maintenance intervals. Silicone-free or wax-free release sprays ensure clean demoulding of plastic and die-cast parts, maintain detail fidelity, and reduce scrap.

Underbody & stone chip protection agent
Protective layer against salt & stones
Elastomer-modified coatings create a shock-absorbing, noise-dampening barrier that permanently defends against corrosion. They adhere securely to steel, aluminium, and zinc, dry quickly, and allow for rapid further processing in OEM lines, commercial vehicle construction, and repair workshops.
